Are you passionate about data integrity and digital transformation? Visy Logistics is seeking a Master Data Manager based in Clayton to establish and lead our master data governance function across our diverse business. This is a pivotal role that will shape how data supports our operations, systems, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills to lead the Master Data Analyst team, providing guidance, support, and training as required.

About the Role

As the Master Data Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain a master data governance framework across systems like Ramco, CargoWise, ContainerChain, and more.
  • Lead a team of Master Data Analysts, driving continuous improvement in data quality and processes.
  • Manage master data requests and oversee data cleansing and remediation efforts.
  • Define and enforce data standards, validation rules, and KPIs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Drive initiatives to automate the creation and maintenance of master data.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Data Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in data governance, data management, or business systems.
  • Previous experience within a similar sized logistics, supply chain or transport business essential.
  • Experience with TMS, WMS, ERP, and freight forwarding systems.
  • Proven leadership or team coordination across multiple geographies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise logistics systems and large datasets.
  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives.
